Are T-Fal Pans Oven Safe?

The instructions will also let you know the maximum temperature setting your pan can be exposed to without damage.

What are the best materials for oven baking? 

Cast iron is the safest bet for baking.  The body and handles are usually made of pure metal and make them able to withstand really high temperatures. 

The only catch here is that you have to season them correctly for a good nonstick surface.  

Enameled cast iron is a good option if you do not want to bother about seasoning. 

The next best material for baking is anodized aluminum. Anodization makes the material non-reactive and safe to use.  Aluminum has high heat conductivity and offers an even distribution of heat throughout the pan.
